Thierry Lotrian is the Founder and CEO of Climate & Decisions, a specialist climate and business advisory firm helping organisations integrate climate considerations into better business decisions.
Thierry has more than 20 years of experience across climate and sustainability, finance, risk, data, technology and business transformation. Before founding Climate & Decisions, he spent a decade at Deloitte Australia, including as a Partner, advising major Australian and global organisations on climate, sustainability and transformation.
His work focuses on helping boards, executives and finance, sustainability and risk teams navigate IFRS S1 & S2 and Australian sustainability reporting requirements, climate-related financial impacts, climate risk and resilience, and the use of data, AI and technology to enable better business decisions.
Before Deloitte, Thierry held senior Asia Pacific and international technology roles, including Asia Pacific and Japan Regional Practice Leader for Enterprise Performance Management at SAP, following earlier roles with Business Objects/SAP in the UK and Capgemini in France.
Thierry has worked with organisations across Australia, Asia Pacific, Europe and the Americas. He holds master's degrees in Finance, Audit and Control and Information Technology and Communications from the University of Nantes, France.
